摘要:该研究以雁荡山铁皮石斛叶为原料,以多酚提取量为指标,采用超声协同酶法提取铁皮石斛叶多酚,通过单因素和响应面实验优化提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数65%、超声功率360 W、液料比50∶1mL/g、超声时间40min、超声温度58℃、纤维素酶添加量4mg/g、提取2次,在此条件下测得铁皮石斛叶多酚的提取量为38.23mg/g。该研究可为铁皮石斛叶的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。

Process Optimization of Polyphenol Extraction from Yandang Mountain Dendrobium officinale Leaves by Ultrasonic-assisted Enzymatic Method

Abstract: In this research, Dendrobium officinale leaves from Yandang mountain were used as raw materials, using the polyphenol extraction amount as the indicator and Dendrobium officinale leaves polyphenol was extracted by ultrasonic assisted enzymatic method, extraction process was optimized through single factor and response surface tests. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were: ethanol volume fraction 65%, ultrasonic power 360 W, liquid-solid ratio 50:1 mL/g, ultrasonic time 40 min, ultrasonic temperature 58 ℃, cellulase adding dosage 4 mg/g, extraction twice. Under these conditions, the measured extraction amount of polyphenols from Dendrobium officinale leaves was 38.23 mg/g. This research can provide theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Dendrobium officinale leaves.
